Fredi has been making pizza in the pizza business for 41 years, since the age of 11. He used to watch and follow his father around, making pizza, run his pizzeria. He claims everyday his father taught him everything in the pizza business and life. Two things important to Fredi, instilled by his parents is integrity, hard work and giving back. Also learned very quickly, you don't do things right once and a while, you do things right, all the time!! When hard work is not enough, work even harder. Fredi makes pizza with love, the old school way, fermenting the dough properly, fresh ingredients, cooked right on the stone of his 1960 Blodgett oven. Along with his wife, Romina, they instill those qualities of integrity, giving back, hard work to their 3 kids, Alessandra, Antonio, Adriana.
